Bleh emailed us to say she'd be late this morning because she wanted her son to be able to sleep in before his last final exam today.
Uh, okay...? How does that make Bleh late for work?
Oh, right...The Husband is completely helpless, so obviously he can't take the kid to school. What a weird family. And yet again, they have an impact upon my workplace. Sheesh.
The Husband actually did something for Bleh today! She forgot some file having do with her other job and called him at home to get him to email it to her so she could send it to her other boss who had called just before. Sure, she shouldn't be yakking on the phone with her other boss during work hours HERE in the first place, but I guess I'm a bit sentimental today and I wanted you all to know The Husband isn't 100% jerk, just 99%.
Now that the kibosh has been put on the phone calls Bleh has been emailing at an enormous rate. I guess the click click click of keys is preferable to her cracking voice.
She's taken the whole "your behavior is unprofessional" thing pretty hard. I almost feel sorry for her. She must think everyone is against her. I can't blame her; were I that self-centered I'd probably be "depressed" and feeling outcast too.
She and I have been exceptionally civil these past 10 days; however, that hasn't stopped her from pouting. A lot. Why do I always get stuck with the drama queens?
Dear gods. I'm going to need therapy.
