A Glorious Week Away!

Starting tomorrow, no Bleh for a week!

Some minor gossip to tide you over during the holiday:
Mini-Bleh is dating one of our interns! Eww! Now we know why she's up in our business every frikkin' day! Does anyone say anything about this awkward situation? No, of course not.

So....I'm taking my break and pushing Bleh and her oddball daughter out of my head for one blissful week. You, Gentle readers, should do the same. Enjoy Thanksgiving.

Nine calls later...

Woo --- Bleh has been working the phones today!

After arguing loudly with The Husband on the phone TWICE, Bleh's now on the phone with the insurance people, trying to figure out how much it will cost to bring her sick kid into the emergency room. Otherwise, she has to wait until the end of April for an appointment to take the kid to see a specialist.

So Readers, what did we learn today?

• The Husband still can't make phone calls to anyone but his wife (even when his child is seriously ill).
• Bleh and The Husband are SO cheap, they won't take their kid to the doctor without calling everyone in the system first to find out what the cost will be. (That's so sad. Seriously. Bleh & The Husband have the same health insurance I do, and I never hesitate to go to the doctor when ill.)
• Bleh has time to quiz the insurance rep over the phone, but no time to actually care for her child.
• Bleh has no shame: she will milk any personal crisis for attention at work.
