- Arrived: 8:09 am.
- Chatted about pecans, working late for Job #2, and other sad personal crap: 10 minutes
- Went to get coffee: 8:20 am.
- Finally sat down at her desk to work or something: 8:34 am*.
- Being a shiftless laze-about: priceless.

I used to work with a woman exactly like your Bleh. She waltzed in at 8:20, took another 20 minutes to get coffee, talked really loud to people she met on her way to her desk, then spent the next 3 hours on personal phone calls, always in a loud voice, took a two hour lunch every Friday, then left at 4:20 every day. The work day was SUPPOSED to be 8:00 to 4:30, except in her world, where she seemed oblivious to how much the rest of the office felt taken advantage of, and her supervisor just ALLOWED it to continue because he didn't want to make her mad by telling her to shape up!! I'm glad I don't work there anymore. Quite a few people either left the company or transferred out of her department because of her behavior. Her sense of entitlement was OVERWHELMING. Why do some people feel it's their right to act so obnoxiously, making the rest of us feel we're being treated so unfairly? Where's the justice in that? Grrr. I quit that job almost a year ago and thinking about her behavior STILL aggravates me.
Wanda, thanks for reading. I know your pain, believe me; however, you've got to let that anger go. It's only hurting you, not your former jerk of a colleague. Hopefully your new job is a more pleasant one!
