Bleh brought the Daughter to work today because there's a day-long lecture series going on. The kid sat around playing computer games for the first couple hours of the day, then went to one of the lectures with her dad. Then lunch happened. Then I took off for one of the lectures myself, returning an hour later to find Bleh and daughter still in the office.
Huh?
It's now an hour later and Bleh has been yapping on her cell phone while the Daughter has been nagging people with questions, pacing, and trying to bully her mother into leaving for the lecture, with sing-song, "Daddy's gonna be mad..." over and over.
The kid gets to miss an entire day of school to "hear" some lectures, and I saw her supposedly leave to go to only one of them. Wow. That's some responsible parenting.

I found this blog by googling "annoying coworker persistent phlegmy cough". When will the economy rid the business world of all Blehs everywhere? This makes me sad that even if I change jobs, there's another Bleh out there just waiting to giggle uncontrollably and tell irritating stories about what Schmoopie did last weekend that was "so friggin hysterical". Kill me now.
